Andalusia is one of my favorite distilleries on the Texas Whisky Trail. The truly set the standard for a company that cares about its people, its product, and its community. The parking was easy and I loved the ambiance of the inside. It's comfortable and welcoming. The staff was excited to show me what new things they had and pour me a tasting. The whiskey is AMAZING. I love the variety and really fell in love with the Stryker. I've tried a lot of whiskeys and this one sets itself aside in an excellent way. Overall, you need to stop by this place. If you don't like straight whiskey... That's cool - try their cocktails which are extraordinary.
