Went through drive thru ordered burger and fries meal. Meal was warm and fries were soggy and half full large fries. Used to be a good location.....falling off.

I highly recommend to NOT order thru door dash, I ordered 2 large fries, and they were halfway filled, with no fancy ketchup. Do I want to drive 8 miles in traffic to complain... no, that was why I ordered through doordash. I do not recommend food delivery from whataburger.I've never had a good experience with the 4 chances with delivery I've given them in the past 6 mos to get it right.

The restaurant was busy when we got there, 6: 10 pm. An order was placed and given a number for a to-go order. We sat at the seats in front of the register. We were patiently waiting for an extended period of time as they were still busy with what appeared to be large orders. After 30 minutes of waiting we finally went to the register to check on our order. After two minutes of waiting for a response we were told they don't have an order for us and they may have given it to someone else. Wow, waited 30 minutes and nothing. We were refunded by manager.
