Very friendly service. Good and drinks were good. We just had to send back the flat bread pizza as it was burned, but they were very good about it. The second one was good.

We stopped here for a drink and were told we could not be served. On a girls trip and were laughing walking up the stairs into the establishment. Were told we "stumbled" up the stairs and were asked to leave. Very bewildering. ? Obviously would not recommend.

Stopped in for lunch with the family, service was amazing (Holly, thank you for everything). Everyone there had such a positive attitude. Will definitely be back. Food was fresh, fast service, drinks were awesome!

I can't rave enough about my experience at Hardheads Ice House and Grill! From start to finish, every aspect of our visit was exceptional.First off, let's talk about the drinks. The Texas Rock Candy Jalapeno Margaritas were out of this world! They had the perfect balance of sweetness and heat, making each sip a delightful experience.Now onto the food – wow! I indulged in a feast of fried frog legs, fried shrimp, fried catfish, hush puppies, and french fries, and every single item exceeded my expectations. The flavors were spot on, and the seafood was cooked to perfection. The hush puppies were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the french fries were the perfect accompaniment.Not only was the food delicious, but the atmosphere was also fantastic. The laid-back vibe combined with friendly staff made for a truly enjoyable dining experience.Overall, if you're in Crystal Beach, Texas, do yourself a favor and visit Hardheads Ice House and Grill. You won't be disappointed!

This was our first time to eat here. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious at what we assumed was a beer joint. My fried shrimp, hush puppies that melted in your mouth and coleslaw was awesome. I have never tasted fries as good as I was served. Everyone ate up all the fries and we ordered extras. The service was fantastic. We never ran out of anything. We'll be returning to this place again.

We are old school and don’t have TV in our family beach house. We often to go Hardheads for sporting events. Recently we watched one of the playoff games where the Astros won. We had so much fun! Our waiter was awesome! The food was great and the crowd was so fun. Not to mention the live music and open air dining room. We have been many times and always enjoy the food and the atmosphere!
PS: I left my air pods on the table and realized it after they were closed. Went back the next day when they opened. Our waiter was there and had them for me at the hostess stand! He was so polite and invited us back!
