Diner type restaurant. Service was good. Order up at the counter. Surprised and amazed with the delicious catfish! Visited Texas for 5 days and are a variety of Tex-Mex and barbecue. This was a last day decision and we were wonderfully pleased. Would definitely go back. Worth checking out.

This is honestly the best catfish I’ve ever eaten, aside from my mom-in-law’s & her Oscar. We’re in Brady once a year and we eat here every time?

It is a walk up o the counter to order type of place and we were greeted by the owner and offered a sample of their fried catfish. It was good so we ordered their 4 piece basket. A word of caution - their "Spicy Tarter Sauce" is Very spicy, it's good but just so you know it is well above the normal wimphy "spicy" items offered by most resturants.
Considering we were there on Eclipse Day, I was pleasantly surprised with the the great food and service. Thank you!

If the coffee was better it would be all 5 stars. I had the 2 egg breakfast. The service was fast and courteous ( it was 6:00am). Large portions with the eggs cooked to perfection. They have a great homemade salsa that goes wo derful with fresh eggs. Not over crowded at that time of day.
Great food! Stuffed jalapeno burger and chicken fried chicken were delicious. Staff was pleasant. Fyi, food takes a bit to come out because it is made fresh.

Stopped here on our way home from New Mexico, and it was great! Love supporting a small local business vs. a national chain. Everything was fresh, delicious, and made to order. The burger patties were, thick, juicy, and well-seasoned. We added grilled onions & mushrooms, as well as bacon—all very good! The fries were fresh-cut and delicious, and the onion rings were great too.Will definitely stop again when we drive through Brady!

Easygoing and nice place to have a burger. My husband had the stuffed jalapeno burger and I had the salmon burger. They come with fries which were good. I liked that you put your own condiments on them. Friendly and efficient service. Seating was some private and some shared.

Small local secret. This is the place with all the cars and trucks packed into the parking lot. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice, although a little crowded. I would definitely go back.
