The lady at the front desk is always rude, they charge for things you dont even know about... I bought certs from KNEL big deals from them and knel plainly says you can use as many as you want, she argued with me after I order 65.00 worth the food to go. So I told her she can keep the food then she made an exception . And after all the years that most of civilization has recovered from covid , they still will not let no more than 8 ppl sit together at a table ... will NOT go back!!! And we live in this town...

This is my 3rd visit over the years and always want to support local businesses but this time the food was very disappointing and to be honest we only went there because we wanted a Dos Equis and to relax, eat some good chips and salsa and enjoy visiting old friends. The first problem is they will charge you $5.95 for small chips and salsa or $6.85 for a large if you are not ordering a full Entree meal as Nachos or other Appetizers does not qualify for a complimentary basket. The next disappointment was the food itself. We ordered Beef Enchiladas w/ Beef Chalupa on one plate and 3 Beef Tacos on another..The Meat was extremely bland on both plates no flavor at all. We both poured salsa over our food fir flavor and added salt. The enchilada had a Chili sauce and still no flavor basically tasted like watered down canned chili and not much cheese at all which turned out to be a good thing because after the second bite recognized the cheese smelled like moldy cheese … but because I ate the Chalupa first (that didn’t have any cheese) I didn’t bother saying anything at this point my plate basically empty…We did order 2 Draft Dos Equis and they were $5.95 each which for Brady seemed ridiculous at 5 p.m. - “No Happy Hour Prices Here”- we didn’t see a drink menu or know the beer prices and didn’t ask but we probably would have not ordered them if we knew that beforehand.Funny part is we Stayed in Brady an extra hour because they didn’t open back up until 5 only to be so disappointed.Discussed experience with a friend about what happened and they said same thing — 2 weeks ago they ate there and bill was $58.00 and worst food ever and their margarita was $8.95 and terrible. Said they ordered Fajita’s and were not good and nothing had any flavor. We did agree that The best part of the meal was the “Chips and Salsa…”So Sorry to have to leave a bad review but hopefully they will make improvements.

Used to come here frequently about 12 years ago, was driving through town when I saw it and had to pull over for nostalgia purposes. They only allow 8 people maximum to be seated, so if you have a big group you'll need to go elsewhere. Ordered to go, but the restaurant was clean and it's comfortable inside! Their food tastes the same as it did years ago, so they are indeed consistent! I ordered chips & queso and an enchilada dinner. Chips were a bit tough and their queso is more so creamy with a good bit of flavor. I'd say the queso flavor resembles chili powder. Their enchiladas are on the smaller side, rice was a bit dry, but I enjoyed their beans! I'd say this is a decent meal if you're craving Mexican food, but it also somewhat resembled a frozen dinner flavor wise. It was exactly what I was looking for in the moment!

We had an early Saturday dinner here. Seated quickly and food out quicly. Food was good but nothing knock you socks off. Our waitress was great a little quiet. Great value.
