Pls don't stop if your in a rush a put a mobile order my order said it was ready well it was not ,I wait 40 min in The restaurant waiting to get my order she had a line but that point of doing mobile order pick and go didn't even follow instructions didn't toast my sub how bad does a spicy sub taste

The remodel is ok but the service is still not so great. Employees need better training especially when it comes to simple things such as splitting payment between 2 different payment options. The food isn't that great. The meats seem cheap like the ones you can buy in a pouch at a grocery store. Thinner meat almost see through.

Stopped here on a 8 hr car trip and it added 30 minutes to our drive. Only one lady making sandwiches while another worked in the back and didn’t come help? There was a line of 5 people and 2 left due to the line. The lady was nice but sandwich making was very slow.

Nastiest and worst Subway I’ve ever been in. My wife walked out without a sandwich and can’t believe I’m going to eat mine. Pass this one up and go to McDonalds or Chicken Express!

Short staffed. The staff they do have is incredibly slow and talk more than make your order. Ingredients are just thrown on the sandwich. Floors, counters, and bathrooms are dirty. Scarce chip selection, hardly ever have cookies or soups.
The pretzel was hard as a rock and did not come with a dipping sauce. The churro was also hard as a rock.
