This has to be the absolute worst sonic in the whole sonic corporation!!! Tired out Brazoria...smh. IF I wanted ice cream, Buc-ee’s is two doors down. I ordered a milkshake, and by far, it's the worst in town and in the county!!! I'd say do better, but tragically, that's probably the best they can do. Texas Burger runs laps around this place. I went to sonic because I had never tried a milkshake from them. Never again!!! TRAAASH!!!

Just love paying for a large fry and its not even full. Adding on Aug 31 ,2023. Pulled up at 9:58 to order drinks only. It says on here yall are open till 11. Apparently not cause i sat there for 2 or 3 min and the lights turn off and look up at the drive threw window to see someone staring at me. No hey we are closed nothing. Gonna take my business elsewhere. Im done with yall for good now.

Ordered ahead trying to save time. Got in line at drive thru 5 minutes later behind 3 other cars. Waited another almost 10 before received my now cool food, that was incorrectly prepared. This isn't the first time at this location. I like sonic, but this one may be off my list.
This was the most horrible experience i have had at a sonic. i was unable to get what i asked for. They never have ice cream or slushies. The man at the window was soooo rude. My order was not fixed and i had my receipt. Hope the customer service gets better.

I just spent $30 on dinner for my family. My chicken Sandwich was hard as a brick not freshly cooked. I know it sat under that lamp for hours My bread was burnt and when I called up there Lizzie, the manager hung up on me. This sonic is really going downhill. I'm done with messing with sonic. There's too many other places to get food.

The management here does not know how to communicate. They yell at the employees. Most are young kids working here. Please be advised before letting your kids work here.General manager Carissa said to my two kids coming into workY'all going to be acting salty all day ?!?And this is after we have communicated the past two weeks. District manager don't care either!!
