I ordered a prepaid pick-up order for pick-up at 4:45 pm. I arrived at 4:45 pm and found that the staff had not started fulfilling my order. They worked on drive thru orders made after I arrived before completing my order. It took them 30 minutes to complete my order which only consisted of three items.The macaroni and cheese was inedible (we dumped it down the disposal). The restaurant was not very clean. The staff were extremely unorganized. I don’t think we will go back.
I love Church's, but it's hard to find locations near me that still have quality.I drive to Brookshire, because this location is amazing! Love it! I get it whenever I go to San Antonio!

Then I moved to the Pacific Northwest and haven't eaten at a Church's in about 31 years.One of the worst things about getting older is that you remember what food tasted like.
