Five stars on the appearance, because Repka's owns the dive bar - resturant look with its old country feel. More accurately, that would be Old and Country. Lol! If you didn't know about this place, you wouldn't be tempted to stop. Don't be fooled by the appearance. If you pass it by, then you just made a BIG mistake!The people are very friendly and the southern comfort style food is amazing!Our party had a burger, chicken fried steak, and chicken fried chicken. Sides were spinach, corn, lima beans, and squash with tomatoes. All were excellent! The chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken, each with 2 sides, were the lunch specials for only $10! If you are anywhere in the area or just looking for a reason to take a short road trip, Repka's is very much worth stopping at!

I feel like I stepped into a Time Machine when we walked in. Waitresses were super nice and greeted us as we walked in. They were quick to get up from their card game to take care of us.The decor in this place is ancient and not very fancy, but very rustic. The dollar bills stapled everywhere was a unique touch. My kids got to see their first jukebox. They had a few arcade games, but most of them didn’t work. First time I’ve ever seen Pool tables in a restaurant.The food was decent. I ordered the catfish, which was okay, but I wasn’t a fan of the sweet relish in the tartar sauce. My daughter had s burger. It was basic. Nothing to write home about. The bread pudding wasn’t bad. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad. The price is pretty decent as well.Don’t forget to go say high to the peacock and the chickens in the back.

Gator, crawfish, chicken fried steak. This place has a great menu with reasonable prices. Play pool, grab a beer, and play your favorite country song on the old jukebox. The servers are polite and worth a tip and you can even staple a dollar to the ceiling. I signed mine first. Also, there is a store attached in case you need a cigarette after your meal or whatever you'll need for the ride home. I would recommend this outstanding restaurant to everyone. Parking surrounds the building too. A++
