If you drive a semi make sure u dont leave your vehicle longer then a day without paying. Yhe owner is a real racist bitch and will have your semi towed.

Never been so frustrated in my life all the people who were on the clock may 26th 2023 around 6pm clearly none of them either had training or just did not care about the fact that they had a job to do. I watched as everyone stood around doing absolutely nothing but talking and standing around like if they're head was in space which turned a 5 minute service into 30 minutes. Then they hand me my bag and drinks and start yelling at me about how at the first window the computer wasn't working so my apple pay never even went through and that i grabbed food that i didn't pay for... when they finally handed it to me (she almost dropped my food that took her 5 years to hand to me because she was moving in slow motion). Well i could tell they were not in the right head space so i check my food which everything was correct but at the speaker i clearly asked for plenty of bbq sauce and buffalo for my 10 piece which were not in the bag. They proceeded to yell at me to pay which they never cared to open their eyes and see me pulling my card out to make sure my payment goes through this time and then after i told them AGAIN that they forgot my sauces so the very rude worker who was yelling at me the whole time hands the worker at the window TWO sauce packets for 3 people and the girl was clearly annoyed that i was trying to get the food that i PAID for so she looks at me and proceeds to DROP my sauces in front of my face and they had the audacity to charge me for MORE sauces after she dropped them because i wasn't going to get out the drive thru and pick up my sauces they dropped on the concrete. So they get my order wrong and get mad that they made the mistake when i was being as nice as possible then forget my sauce, drop my sauce, and charge me for new ones. It sucks that the #1 food chain in the entire world is going to be that damn petty over a sauce packet for a meal that i paid for. I know this sounds crazy but nothing is free anymore in this world and i have so many bills i have to pay for like school and my home and the richest company in the world is so worried about losing .49 god damn cents??? ofc i went to another McDonalds and i got a handful of sauces in under 2 minutes please hire people who actually want to work and not just stand around waiting for a paycheck

Gas station was actively closing as we arrived. Pumps were all taped off and they were taping off the doors. Disappointing since we were hoping to get snacks and such in the convenience store.Did use the public restrooms which were better than most gas station bathrooms. Nice to have individual stalls with their own real door, although the lights were broken in many of them.Ate at McDonald's. Food was exactly what you'd expect, and service was slow due to a huge influx of customers (probably others who just wanted snacks). The workers were all doing their best and working hard, so no complaints.

I would put 0 stars if I could.This McDonald's had gotten so many orders wrong.My daughters happy meal didn't contain a toy and was very sad and they forgot the basket of fries I ordered.I wouldn't recommend going this McDonald's. Please go to a different one

So slow to the point we left the line. Took over 30 minutes to place the order and we did not even get to pay yet and were still waiting. The line was not even very long either. They were out of chicken at 12:30pm. The person at the speaker could not hear us to the point we had to yell at her for her to hear us when placing our order. We have low expectations when going to McDonald's but this was a brand new low.

Took several minutes to be able to order, the guy running the drive-thru put our change in his pocket and tossed our receipt, only gave us our food and half our drinks then when we asked for the rest of our drinks, change and receipt he only brought the 2 drinks. We again asked for our change and he said “oh it was only 45 cents” then walks off and ignores us.
It's really great service everyone is friendly and fast and the food taste absolutely amazing

Literally the nastiest employees in the entire world, it's 9:45 pm on Tuesday night and the older lady and the young man working the window are so miserable and unhappy. I ordered a 10 piece Lg meal nuggets & 3 things of the break menu and I asked for a few ranch and bbq that's it I got one ranch bbq and a sweet and sour something I didn't even ask for. Then I ask for one of each and tell her I don't even care charge me for them she tries to charge me 1.89 for a bunch of sauces when I've said for the 2 time now I just want one more of each. On top of having to see the lady's buttcrack hang out the entire time and see her touch her braids 100 times disgusting I'll drive to Katy. Nastiest experience ever.

Has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. Tried ordering from the Kiosk and didn’t have what I wanted. Waited for 10 mins for help then when someone finally come to the register, she told me to go to the kiosk. I told her it didn’t have the item I wanted that was on their menu and she proceeded to ignore me. Avoid this place all cost.

No toilet paper in either bathroom. Neither the McDonald's workers nor the Shell worker's seemed inclined to do anything about it. Both argued it was the responsibility of the other. Mcdonalds was only taking cash so they weren't busy. And after hearing the Shell worker argue it wasn't their job either, we decided to take our money elsewhere. Clean your store,clean your bathrooms. The whole place was dirty.

Stopped late on my way back to San Antonio. My wife and I went and placed an order and my wife left her purse wallet here. Need help if y'all have a phone number so I can call to see if someone turned it in.
