Why is the servers covering the food and when they are making the sandwich where you can no longer see what is going your food? When I got home, there was very little meat way less then normal.Dietary restrictions: if you want veggies, pretty much most of what your getting.

Planned on ordering 4 foot longs. 3 women were behind counter. Not even one of them spoke or understood English. 2 of them would not make eye contact. One touched everything and spoke to me in Spanish to see if what she held up was what I wanted? It never was. I got so annoyed I left. I am 70 year old female and life is too short for such poor service.

This is the 1st time Subway hasn't got 5 stars.I was so disappointed! I asked for a chicken teriyaki and we had a language barrier. The veggies were wilted and looked old.

Seriously they do not even disserve 1 star.OMG I have not been to this location in 2 years and now I remember why.It's like pulling teeth with pliers to order and get order way you want when your right in front of them from this location.Last time worker (very little English) rushing made sandwich their own way i said little of sauces they put crap load making soggy mess. and very rude. Attitude was i take it their way whether i wanted it or not litterly had to dissect the sandwich removing the crap I did want. throw soggy bread away and put on a bun of my own....This time (very little English AGAIN if none) This time on the app wouldn't do credit card so on phone with husband clerk was rushing before he even got ready to order while trying to do app. finally i said screw it for him to place order. she couldn't speak good English!!!!! he told her toasted with shredded cheese on she did what she wanted toasted and put nasty slice cheese then again toasted she said. took 30 minutes saying they have no red wine vinegar, when 30 minutes later my husband made a point to point out the sauce. oh and cause she screwed up on the cheese instead of making it right she sending a small container of the shredded cheese for me to put on my sandwich myself.once arrived home my sandwich was no way toasted at all, no cheese, no pickles, 1 slice on each bread of each meat, no bell peppers. no Black Olives, no red onions.My sandwich was suppose to be:FOOTLONG #11 SUBWAY CLUB®Italian Herbs & Cheese, Toasted, Monterey Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Pickles, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Banana Peppers, Less Red Wine Vinegar, Less Honey Mustard, Sweet Onion Teriyaki, Peppercorn Ranch, Less MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette™, Less Black Pepper, Less Salt, Less Parmesan CheeseJust mushy untoasted bread, 1 slice of turkey on each side of bread, 1 slice of ham on each side of bread, 1 slice of roast beef on each side of bread, a smidgen of lettuce, tomatoes, and Banana Peppers. NOTE: IT'S HAVE IT MADE MY WAY NOT THE CLERKS WAY!!!!!!!!!!!she did not give us our receipt. order was 1 subway club footlong and 1 All-Pro Sweet Onion Teriyaki both meals with extra drink. So i paid for crap i didn't want cause their worker don't give a crap of customers, don't no English very well, or just does what she want. plus didn't get my buy foot get 50% off next cause your app not doing payments. and didn't get my 250 points YET AGAIN!!!!!This why that location only has a 2.0 rating on yelp..... I am so pissed at this mess the sandwich is on its way back up there. driving 15 minutes to get the right sandwich!!!!!Then talking in Spanish to my non speaking Spanish husband. he told her 3 times he don't speak Spanish. then she proceeded to pick at the screwed up sandwich to add to it what she didn't add. to give us soggy mushy bread. 4 times he told her fresh sandwich made right.The clerk litterly couldn't understand anything and went to churches next door to get someone understand a little bit better english. churches chicken came over. then the clerk told churches person we only got a 6". tried to scam me of a footlong but only give a 6 inch back. pretty much calling us a lier that we got 6 inch. we showed my bank info on were they could get the receipt and showed we bought a footlong. Churches lady told her make the footlong they paid for. NO, IM SORRY FOR CALLING YOU A LIER, NOTHING!!!!!! OMG 40 MINUTES JUST TO GET A SANDWICH DONE RIGHT!!!! This so has me fuming and stressed just to get a sandwich.OH TO THE RUDE CLERK JUST CAUSE MY HUSBAND DOES NOT UNDERSTAND SPANISH. I DO A LITTLE AND THE UGLY WORDS YOU WERE SAYING ABOUT MY HUSBAND WAS HEARD AND UNDERSTOOD!!!!!SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND AGREEVATION. GO TO ONE OFF THE OTHER FAST FOOR PLACES AROUND THERE OR KEEP DRIVING TO NEXT SUBWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HECK FIREHOUSE SUB JUST ABOUT 15 BEHIND THE MALL OFF PIN OAK. BETTER FOOD AWESOME WORKERS (AND THEY CAN SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!)NOT THIS LOCATION. RUN!

This is the third time my sandwich was ruined. They put WAY too much sauce and not enough veggies. It's almost like you have to watch them make it and it's difficult to communicate with them. They keep having to look at the menu to make anything, seems like they need to be retrained. I didn't even ask for guacamole and they put so much on it that I couldn't even eat my sandwich. It's really not that hard to make a sandwich. I have to now have to get a replacement with no sauce and just put my own on at home cause they over do it on the sauce. I don't know if anyone else has these problems but it makes me not even want to get anything from this subway location. They also never have any cookies and If they do, it's one kind- oatmeal raisin. Every other subway I've been to always has fresh cookies of all kinds, at all times. Something needs to change. Never have I had such a bad sandwich from subway.
