Every single time I come here I ask 7 times for sause packets, Or forks or no sour cream. And they don’t do their JOBS!!!! They need to hire they’re old employees again; they actually listened. By the way my quesadilla was almost burnt so thanks for that
Went once and they didn't have tortillas and instead of refunding me, they charged me twice. Another time they never answered the drive through and when I went inside. The lady said they only had rice and beans and was clearly very high. Another time I had to go around 3 times in the drive Thu cause, they kept getting my order wrong. I love Taco Bell and it's sad that I have day go to Lubbock Because the one here is so bad.

Clearly this damn Taco Bell should not be open. They take forever to get your food wrong. They always have computer problems or cc problems. This is the worst Taco Bell ever Brownfield should just close them down. It’s not like any of there workers want a job anyways. They don’t acknowledge you. It doesn’t even deserve one star. This place is so freaking horrible.
