So we go pretty often, my girlfriend is obsessed with coffee. She usually gets 7 shots in her drink & that will leave the drink looking like a dark brown color. Well unfortunately today they decided to give her a drink that was as white as milk insisting that it had the full 7 shots. They were pretty much prideful, denying that the drink was wrong. After finally listening to the customer they handed her another dark brown drink. We proceeded to drive off, she took a sip, she handed it to me. I took one sip, that was the most basic cup of joe ever. Not even the espresso shots were used to make the coffee.

Was not a fan at all, came here to get my mom her coffee and thought I’d ask for a matcha smoothie, something similar to scooters since it was my first time here. The girl couldn’t get my order right now matter how many times I phrased it. She seemed dumbfounded and the drink came out tasting like a coconut water with Splenda in it. I absolutely hated it. Service wasn’t any better and their door is open so lots of bees so if you’re allergic, I’d be careful. Hope to have a different girl or drink next time.

Great coffee and service! Lines are long, but they move fast. Didn’t take long at all to get my four drinks.*The only thing is ensuring the tops to the drinks are correctly on before handing them to customers, especially when it’s hot drinks.*
