First thing I noticed when I walked in was the awful smell of rotten dairy products that I'm guessing had fallen onto the ground and never got cleaned up. I ordered a classic boba milk tea "50% sweet" and it was still way too sweet and powdery, tasted nothing like milk tea, it was more like a nesquik chocolate milk with extra simple syrup. From the looks of it, I wouldn't recommend buying the snacks and food they sell either.

They have the best milk teas and the employees are cool people but it’s literally always something. For example, they don’t have tapioca made “because it’s too late in the day” but they also don’t have tapioca at 1pm, they’re out of a flavor, they have tapioca but only enough for one drink, or they don’t fill your cup all the way when you pay over $4 for a cup of tea. They still have the best tasting milk tea so I still come back but they’re very inconsistent. They maybe only had everything right once.

Bright, clean, and inviting, with Kpop videos playing on the monitor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Though the sign on the outside of the building says Boba Drinks & Sandwiches, they did not have sandwiches available. Instead, the food offerings were egg rolls, dumplings, and mochis. The egg rolls and dumplings we very tasty. They were out of a few drink toppings, but it was made to order for the most part. I would go back again, and I recommend you give them a try.

Absolutely wonderful. Love the passion tea! Girlfriend loves the kiwi slush! Also, the bulgogi is stupendous in the bahn mi and bao buns!

The taro slushie is delicious and has perfectly balanced flavors! They have some unique food options like bành mì and bao buns. Definitely recommend this place to boba lovers, and those seeking to try something new!

good pho! I had no idea they were a Vietnamese restaurant until I walked in and discovered they even had bahn mi sandwiches! now one of my favorite places. I recommend you get the Vietnamese coffee. yum!

When I visit here from dfw and crave boba tea, this is the spot to be at! This is a family owned shop and the staff really makes you feel comfortable, especially if you have questions about the menu. They serve all assorted drinks AND food - As being Vietnamese, I will have to point out that the pho and the banh mi is FOR SURE authentic to Vietnamese food! Everything about this boba shop is a hitter. I always find myself craving the milk tea here when I am back in dfw! The decor and painting on the walls is super cute (also check the paintings in the bathrooms too!) really enjoy this place !
