Very bad customer service, coming from management. I ordered on the register inside the store, and I do have to admit I messed up my own ordered cause I wanted 2 whoppers but the jr whoppers where on special 2 for $10 so I wanted those instead and I apologized to the cashier cause she already had charged me and she just gave me a look. Then she went on to let manager know and the manager said doesn’t she know how to order. Super rude no wonder this location is always empty. They also went on to keeping my order for a long time in the bagging area and placed my order to go. This is all unnecessary behavior. And no I do not recommend this place this is not a family friendly/ kid friendly location.

At 10 they close the door, they do not pay attention to the orders and they no longer open the children's area, they do not use the burger king application or the promotion codes in it, it is supposed to be an international chain, not an independent store, it is just one then why they made it,

Came with my grandkids to eat. They don't accept mobile app coupons they have on a BURGER KING APP, no large cups, no ice cream because the machine never works....very upsetting!!!!

I visited this place one week ago and the middle aged man at the cash register was rude. My mom saw an advertisement about a free Whopper meal with the Burger King app and made a joke to the cashier "How can I get my free meal?" But she was obviously joking, she knew if we already had an account we can only receive the deals that were available to us, and the cashier didn't say anything other than trying to explain to us something about the app. Lighten up and have a sense of humor, she was just trying to lighten the mood and was joking around. So we were taking our sweet time deciding what to order, I was going over deals on the Burger King app and telling who I was with the meal deals they had. Mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant, no one behind us in line. The man kept trying to explain how they don't accept restaurant codes from the Burger King app, that we would have to place the order on the app to pick-up in the restaurant, but he failed to be descriptive as I didn't understand him even though he tried telling me like 5 times. He clearly got annoyed and upset that I didn't understand him, but he wasn't very descriptive, and clearly he was impatient with us not knowing what to order so he looked upset and sent another guy to take our order with a disgusted irritated look on his face. My mom laughed it off right in front of him and called him out on being mad. I then lost my cool and said in an aggressive tone "I hate Brownsville, I hate the people here and I hate everything is so different." And the cashier I mentioned earlier looked even more angry. The new cashier that he sent to help us didn't seem like it bothered him at all, he was actually patient and he did nothing wrong. So my mom said "let's go. He's clearly mad and they're going to do something to our food. I don't want to eat her anymore." And we turned around and stormed off and went somewhere else. I will never return to this location, this place has terrible customer service.

Ordered a texas double whopper on their other bread and it was better than
Got food poisoning here twice in the span of the last 2 months, first with an iced coffee in which I immediately had to start throwing up and had to pull over in the highway, and the second time with a impossible burger in which I ended up with a 101 fever and severe pain and vomiting, save your money and go to a better establishment the doctor bills will cost you more. Stay safe y'all
