I replied yes and scanned my app and was given the meal. Came to my office and opened it and it was a chicken biscuit. I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue and the woman was non empathetic in only saying “sorry about that” and nothing but dead air and after a few seconds she then realized I was waiting for a resolution and she’s like well that’s it and I responded “that’s it?!?” You can’t help me with this wrong order? She said she couldn’t because the amount wouldn’t match a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and that she would get with the drive thru window to do a better job and at that point I did ask for a higher authority because this is plain ridiculous. Especially considering I do come to this particular establishment a lot. It has been 24 hours since I last sent an email and I would really appreciate a resolution for this matter.

The experience was great! Service provided by Eric was excelllent, he went above and beyond providing perfect and friendly customer Service, My family and I enjoyed the dine in xperience.
Great place to come and eat and get skipped in line if you're not in uniform...i walk in stand in line then two guys in green uniform walk in afterwards, the manager then asked them if she could help them...when i was clearly there first, made me feel disrespected and like my money's value was less -_-' thanks a lot Chik fil A, its good to know you assume costumers are together so you skip them and take other people's order

Super clean inside; courteous personnel and friendly service; flowers on table setting was a nice touch; tasty chicken sandwich; waffle fries; “kale crunch “ salad for healthy side option; lots of condiments; reasonably priced; kids play area; plenty of parking; good location (not far from home improvement store ?).

Yaaay! We had a great time today at CFA...most of the time I just ordered the #6 combo, replace the fries w a side salad and instead of croutons I put hot cheetos in my salad (gotta have something crunchy!) So today I didn't had any hot cheetos w me and totally forgot that they don't have croutons, I sent my daughter to ask for some and they gave her chili lime pepitas and seasoned tortillas strips...it totally made a difference! I added these 2 to my salad and it tasted super good!!! From now on its side salad w pepitas and tortilla strips!!! ??
