I ordered the Chick-fil-A sandwich deluxe. No deluxe. Presentation was crappy. No sauces were given. Customer service has gone down significantly. Now the employees even forget to say "My Pleasure."

This location is super busy, but they work together so well to get your food out quickly. I honestly love this place just for customer service alone. I also love their soup and lemonade.

This is a sorry excuse for a Chick-fil-A. They got my order completely wrong and then would not pick up the phone to correct the issue. My dinner was ruined and no accountability. NOT RECOMMENDED. My money will be spent elsewhere next time!

Extrémely disappointment. Food is more expensive now than before and you at least expect quality. I was delivered half full waffle fries cold burgers last time o ordered. Called the 1-800 sent an email to location and nothing. Not going back. Quality going down

I'm in Brownsville for a few minutes and decided to have dinner. I'm sorry to report that not a Chic Fil A restaurants are the same. I was greeted by a young lady who didn't seem to want to be there. She basically took my order, and without saying anything else walked away. No "Thank you", or anything else. I just took what I supposed was my number and sat down. I hate to complain, but it is the whole Chick-fil-A culture that keeps me coming back. I guess I'll go back to Harlingen to feel more appreciated.

My husband, Danny and I ordered and our cashier was Shawn. Great customer service, awesome attitude.! Food was hot, and delicious. Not only that, but the spicy deluxe sandwich was actually spicy!! Loved it. We usually go to another location, and it’s never has that kick of spice was. Averall Shawn was great!
