Employees do not let you breathe your push to make an order fast and pay for it before getting close to the window. Food is over priced for the amount you get on the plus side is decent in the flavor.

Never have I ever received rude treatment at Chick-Fil-A, wow! I'm super surprised and drastically disappointed.
My family and I went to the drive through and tried paying with a fifty. They responded saying "We don't take fifties but they'll help you at the front." So we went to the front and we got the same response. We replied "That's all we have." The girl at the counter then gave us an ugly look and said, "This is the last time we do this because..." And she talked and talked. We barely go to Chick-fil-A and they were absolutely no help. I suggest you get a nicer and more understanding person at the register. Might not go back just because of that one worker.
My experience is not typical of Chick fila. I ordered online, went through drive thru as instructed, they located my order. I then waited a total of 40 minutes from drive up to receiving my order. When I arrived home, there were no utensils or napkins in the bag and my salad dressing was the wrong kind. Employees are always friendly and helpful and the food is consistent, but a 40 minute wait is unreasonable. When I called the store and asked for an email address, I was put on hold 3 times and then disconnected.
