This place exceeded all of my expectations. Food and cocktails were spectacular!Had the Empalmes, Picanha Volcán Taco, Cauliflower Steak, Wagyu Tiradito, Snapper Ceviche, Sea Bass and Beef Rib ....and the drink of choice... El Classico... The mixology that goes into these drinks is phenomenalOh and the dessert was so delicious AND an amazing presentation...Definitely a 12/10Will be back!!

We had a reservation, I recommend making it, it is a very popular restaurant and you may not find the day or time you want to go. But in any case, do not hesitate to call directly (they will solve it for you)We were welcomed by the owner and our waiter Luis (very attentive and attentive)At the entrance you are greeted with a plate of "delicious" sauces and toast. The drinks are endless, 17 pages hehe the house ones, the typical ones, the classic ones, the strange ones hahaha well you'll have to see them. And now you eagerly ask for several.The food was super delicious, everything we tasted (see photos).... I wanted to eat everything, but I needed space. This is exactly what Brownsville needed. The moment you walk in, staff greats you and hostes ask for any food allergies to advise the chef. Highly recommend this restaurant for fine dining.There are plenty of staff, so you will never wait for service. Food was top-notch and artistic looking.You will want to come back again!

Amazing!! great date night spot. It’s a different vibe and scale for the valley. I loved it! Reminded me of the Dallas food scene. Great service, delectable food, and awesome vibes. It’s pricy but WELL WORTH IT! Made reservations. We’ll be back many times to try out other items. We ordered the octopus, porter house steak, empanadas , truffle fries, Sea bass, Broccolini, and the carrot cake. Also had multiple cocktails.We wanted a thorough experience.. and we got it! Ivan was a great server too ✨?? highly recommend!

The food is good. The atmosphere is great. This is a place where you have to make a reservation to be served. Downtown Brownsville is growing. At Chilimoli things are a bit different. For example,, someone goes to your table and asks what type of chile you want and makes a salsa in a molcajete. Make sure you aren't in a hurry because the restaurant takes its time. Some things are worth the wait. Meals are a little pricey. You can expect to pay about about $75 per person for meals and drinks if not more.
