Tonight, went to this particular franchise to get what ONCE was my favorite place to eat chicken. Not anymore, let me explain. as of late, the times i have gone over to get a family meal, they have, it seems; like clockwork, are ALWAYS out of chicken. specially the spicy variety. Ah, but there is always a WAIT TIME of no less than 15 minutes. Considering there was only one couple in the dinning room. I find this ludicrous. Whoever is running that clown show, has no semblance of time management. Seems, in my humble opinion, they could benefit of a thorough restructuring and or be sent to chicken college in order to benefit from said skills. NEVER again will i set foot there, much less glance their way. So it was off to the Boca Chica franchise, again. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Nice place ,and in conveniently near the expressway.Drive thru area could get lil cramped, not much room going through it.Besides that, friendly staff, and the lady didn't inpatient when I asked questions ?! Thank you guys ??????Parking: It's small, but plenty of room to park.

The staff here are very rude. They took over 20 minutes to make a spicy 2 piece meal and when we got up and asked why it was taking so long the manager rolled her eyes and began complaining to the other girls. Instead of fixing the problem the male manager didn't bother to correct the staffs behavior or make up for the time and food wasted. When I asked for a refund the male manager complained he needed the receipt or he couldn't refund the money. Worst service ever fire your manager and crew they all need retraining especially the managers what a disappointment!!! Never ordering from this place again and I will be contacting corporate.

Almost as expensive as the "other" famous chicken. They cut down on specials. Rather go to Whataburger.
Chicken is good but it's cheaper at KFC
