1st time here, my sister invited me to one. And bought me this turtle frap and she had the Mocha frap and got a cookie too. The cookies were good. Ate befor i remembered to take pic. And the Fraps was like? I was Awake Damn It! Lol damn was pretty strong and good, but I tasted more of the coffee, so any coffee lover will appreciate this. Had me wired? lol was good but a bit strong for me. I was like SHOPPING MODE ON... LETS GO, HERE, THERE, NO THERE.. ?♀️?♀️?♀️LOL I got the Turtle Frap I recommend to extreme coffee lovers if your not one, then it's up to you. For cold coffee, it is strong.

Had a awfull experience today with this young rude girls that work there was trying to explain that my coffee was horrible they didn’t even ask if they can remake it or anything never gonna buy coffee or cookies from you all ever again and I I’m a well-known person here in Brownsville which I will tell everybody not to go and buy anything from you all ever again just because of those rude young girls who are working there with no experience to be polite or at least to remake my coffee that was horrible.

I showed this lady a picture of what i wanted, i told her i want exactly this the same colors and everything just a different name she took a picture and then said they can do that. Two days later i go pick it up to see they got lazy on the border the picture on the cookie cake was not close to what i asked for. The handwriting looked so messy and where she wrote happy birthday was not where i asked. They could’ve contacted me if they had a problem but they didn’t. I buy a cookie cake every year from here and they are usually great but this one was just bad.

Cookies were ok, obviously not made from scratch. Coffee was bad. I got a frozen coffee...didnt taste good and wasn't blended well so it had chuncks of ice in it. My mother got a hot coffee and we couldnt even finish it. No need to give this place a second chance.
