Horrible experience tonight with the evening manager David!!! I will never return and will be letting my friends and family know they need to go somewhere else! I did my research looking for a product I needed, called around to the differentH-E-B in the area and found the product at this store that there was 2 pallets in stock so not a shortage of product. I get to the store and in the process of purchasing a pallet this manager David stops the frond end people and says that he won’t sell it.... wait what?! No shortage on the product, the pallet is of 12 packs of coke and there’s no policy, signs or anything about not being able to buy something we need if it’s In stock. I’m trying to figure out and speak to David about his reasoning and has none, he kept repeating that it was up to him and he’s refusing the purchase! No rhyme or reason, policy or anything! This man was very rude to my mother and I, he has zero customer service and should not be in a position of power because of this type of misuse. What I don’t understand is if it’s there and available why stop a purchase that’s beneficial for his store to gain that profit.

I decided to purchase our cake here, for our 3yr old...only to be treated with disrespect with a female by the name of Michelle...when we asked if she could put "Happy Birthday" on the cake of choice she got it from my hands, almost dropping it and she rolled her eyes. From the very beginning she had a conniption attitude...we went there for a cake and that's it! Wasn't expecting for any unprofessionalism from that HEB worker (bakery dept)...last time I'll go to that HEB!
