The owners were wonderfully welcoming and the food was excellent! The brisket was tender and the sausage was very flavorful. I also loved the jalapeño creamed corn. I will definitely return the next time I’m in town!

We found this bar be que place almost by accident. Clean, nice Western atmosphere, friendly staff. Bar be que sandwiches & sides were very good. Potions were certainly on target for lunch. Recommend trying this restaurant.

Family night at the Broken Sprocket. The food at Holy Smokes BBQ was super delicious, Derrick took care of us and great customer service at its finest. Place where the atmosphere is great, with live music and good folks. We Will be back!

Always game for some Good BBQ, ribs and sausage were good, but sad to say that the 35 minute wait for our food and our sides tasted like the had gone bad was disappointing. Food that we got at other trucks were fresh and tasted great.

Everything was disappointing. We were excited based on the reviews. Traveled through on the way home from the coast. We were the only patrons and service was slow. Portions were very small. Ribs and brisket were tender but hardly any flavor. Bait and switch on Mac and cheese. Pics looked great. It was velveeta. Greens beans were straight out of the can. It wasn’t cheap either. Yikes. Oh, and they charged us $1 for each solo cup of tap water. Hard pass. Keep driving.

Every bite was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations.
