Have been coming here for well over a year. This has been my go to spot for vegan/plant based options in brownesville. My wife and I crave their avocado/beet hummus waffles. We haven’t found any other options as such in the area. Highly
Vegan never tasted so good! Albeit, I wasn't expecting much. Savory, avocado waffle with veggies atop was not on the list of foods that would blow my mind. Each bite into this meal got better and better. Make sure you drizzle the entire oil/Serrano pepper concoction it comes with.
