I ordered a sweet mocha ice coffee and I received an iced coffee that tasted like the vanilla at first so I went back to replace it. The guy with the glasses at the counter was helpful but the ice coffee didn't have any flavor the second time. I went back for a refund and the lady on drive thru came over and gave me me an attitude. I don't know if id be comfortable going and spending my money at a place that treats their customers so poorly.

The tacos had a hard tortilla, not crispy, almost nothing inside. I always bought them there and this time they were in the trash. In the photo I uploaded, I had to remove the edges because they were very hard.

My second attempt at Jack in the Box after 20 Years. Spicy Chicken and Curly fries were still good and the price more reasonable than others. Surprised the restaurant was empty but they still made a fresh batch of curly fries.

The customer service was really great, hope I can say the same for the one that's in price and international late night services have sucked three times messed up in my order and they act like if I'm trying to get Free items crazy.. especially when you buy almost four to five times a week and sometimes 30 bucks it's not a lot but I would appreciate good customer service like this Jack in the box in southmost... It's one manager I think her name is Johanna or something ???....Sorry to spill the beans but it's tire ish ???..
