Well, I came to drive thru and was pretty excited they brought the biscuits back, but to my dissapointed, it was not what they used to be. The inside egg and sausage were super thin and dried. The meat is smaller, and the egg is just as bad. The biscuits had no flavor they just weren't whet they used to be. I should have ordered a combo instead, yet it was 2 for $5.00, but it was the principle to taste good and was a flop for me. I won't order it again unless I have no clue what went wrong. The biscuits just were sad. In the past, I posted why you took them off. Well, they were better then than now that you brought them back for a limited time. So sad.Well, I tried their chicken strips, and may I say they are so good well done and freshly hot to go. I'm pretty impressed with them. They are big pieces, and you will get full. They are not over battered, so they have a good taste and it's nice taste.Well, this time, i go to drive thru, and yeah, they failed me. It's a cold burger im like, not even 5 minutes away, and i was upset. I called mgr and said, "i dont understand why it would be because they are doing them as they go." I said idk, but it is cold and not appetizing." It seems the morning crew is more on Par than noon shift. Idk what happened, but it was a mess. Said i could go by, and they will remake the order. So idk it just shouldn't happen. But it did. My lunch was cold, and fries were cold and stiff. Just like the burger bun.This drive thru never really fails me, pretty impressed with my freshly hot meal thank you staff. Always made to order.The only complaint I have about the Jack N Box. Why did you take the biscuits off the menu they were very good. So that's the bummer. OF breakfast. That's from Main Branch all Jack n Boxes.

Food was as expected but a bit cold. No coffee available in the morning had to wait for fresh pot. Music atmosphere good. Location was dirty, floors, tables , counters and service bar. I would place pic but giving location a chance first time eating at location.

Very delicious burgers, a lot of variety of soft drinks and juices. To my taste the onion rings are very fried so you can't feel the onion. Very friendly

I buy 2 combos and in my combo the hamburger come without the meat I can't believe. I'm living 35 mins away like come back to put a complain very bad experience I don't go whataburguer to change something better and is all the opposite ? I don't think go again to jack in the box.
I stopped by for some late munchies at around 10 pm and surprisingly my food was very fresh and my order was done right! The only issue was the AC was out so the establishment was a bit

This is the worst one I've ever been to, so far. They almost single-handedly ruined the entire franchise for me, in one visit. The only thing they got right, were the 3 taco sauce packets on my order. The other sauces that I requested, were either wrong or missing altogether. When I asked for it at the window, the dude motioned as if he was about to toss it through my car window. My tacos were mutilated and dilapidated, yet somehow they still managed to actually taste worse than they looked. I could hear the goofballs laughing and joking in the back, as I sat in my car. That's probably why I still had to wait at the window for 17 minutes, even though I pre-ordered online. When I finally got my food, I was missing the pizza fries, which was the very first item on my order. Then they ultimately forgot to add the marinara sauce on top of them. Bottom line: I'd rather starve than to ever return back here again.
