I recently visited Jason's deli after a long time of not going since it is quite expensive it is more like a treat for the month. I unfortunately was served by a young lady named Allison who was not wearing gloves while dealing with my food. I hope this can get resolved soon since I enjoy coming here. I usually don't mind when food is handled with washed hands but she had previously touched the cash register then went on to handle food which is not soemthing I can tolerate.

Purchased coffee and it was COLD coffee...notified attendee at coffee station and cashiers and took forever to make fresh coffee.

Update 2024. They stopped serving the chocolate mousse several months ago. After filling up with veggies i would always give myself a chocolate treat. I dont go as often because of that.One of the only places in brownsville to get healthy food.

I placed an order online for delivery and somehow the delivery guy ended up delivering my food to my neighbor's house. When I called Jason's Deli to see the status of the delivery they were adamant that the delivery guy placed it in my front door by a lawn chair. I don't even have a lawn chair outside. Supervisor was adamant that it was delivered and was giving me a hard time.
