4pc tender;DrP;mashpot added a fry at the window. Was immediately parked after paying. Two other cars were parked. Waited for 8 minutes for my food. Looked back to the inside of the restaurant and saw employees huddled around the counter just talking. I pulled out to go back to the speaker, and an employee came out. I stated to the employee if they had forgotten about my food, he laughed and would not give an explanation for the wait. They did not give me a receipt and had to go back and ask for one. The cashier that took my order was Alejandro. Food did not feel fresh. Employees seem not to care about my order and / or anyone else. They seem to be wanting just to congregate within themselves. Employees did not appreciate me as a paying customer but more like a nuisance.

Literally the worst food , fries were cold I send them back and they probably just out in microwave The chicken burger was very dry and no flavor. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time and money

Not as good as it used to be.Not to mention how tiny each piece is.Ordered 16 piece bucket today and all fit into one bucket.i only got 2 breasts and the rest(14 pieces )were legs and thighs.

I was deeply dissatisfied with everything. I went to KFC for my mother’s birthday, because it is her favorite place to eat. However, the wait took long there was no cashier in sight I was about to leave. The food was overcooked, very small peices (a drumstick was about 2 1/2 inches and a wing was the same too), the meat was very tough, and dry. It was most definitely NOT worth my money for such horrible service.
We ordered two number original, and we got crunchy instead. Chicken tasted dry an cold.

They finally fixed this place up. We had quit going there because we were afraid the parking lot would damage our car. The wings are back and are as good as before. They wanted to charge me extra for additional sauces; we won't be back.

I never had done a review before because I never felt like I had to, but today I had it with kfc staff the sad part is even the manager is very unprofessional and this is not the first time its all the time I go. I don't know how this lady has lasted this long with the company, but this says alot of the company owner for hiring staff like this that make the company look bad. I'm sorry kfc but you have to do better.
