We go twice and it's not the same broth that they used to put in the Ramen before, it tastes like water and when I order the chile de arbol sauce it's super pasty and like it's made with fat and a lot of salt, I have a severe headache. stomach for 3 days, it had never happened to me, we went very often because the food was super good, but now they go twice and the soups are totally different. I couldn't recommend it anymore!!

Cute spot in downtown, wanted to love it but left feeling that it lacks the proper ramen flavors. We tried the fried rice, chicken noodle ramen and miso tonkotdu. The fried rice was tasty but both ramens were lacking in flavor, tried adding extra soy sauce but couldn’t save the missing flavors. A side note on behalf of my partner, the cocktails lack design/presentation consistency as our cocktail was missing the flower decor the next table received even though they were the same .

There was little to no wait time to get seated. The Ramen bowls are of pretty generous proportions and have a pretty good flavor. I had the spicy birria Ramen but was advised by the waiter that it has a pretty atomic level of spice, so I asked for the spicy sauce on the side instead of how it normally comes. Once I added the spice sauce (a little at a time until I got it to my desired level of spice) I can say that I would definitely order it again. We also tried the spicy tuna tostada and it was pretty good but for the price of $9 for 1 tostadas it better be. To conclude we ordered the Japanese cheese cake (the soft giggly kind) and the kids loved it.

The food is delicious, it’s a nice place. But lately we’ve been there twice and have had to leave because they don’t have “space”. We’re a family of 5 and they couldn’t fit us. We waited about 30 min for a table, understandable. We go back a couple of months later just me and my husband and again didn’t have space for 2. We could see the long tables were empty but even then they told us we needed to wait 25-30 minutes for a table for 2. Like I said we really like the food but the service is bad. We went to try the new longohorn restaurant instead. Btw, they had space for 2 there!! ?

For me it is a 7 since I am not a big fan of Japanese food, we ordered the furitake flakes waffles as a starter, they are good and different, so far we are doing well, my cocktail was a kishimoto I give it an 8, the ramen (it would improve with an option of a little lemon) and the short ribs with fried rice are a little spicy but I feel like the mix of the two flavors doesn't go well... I don't know, I don't think it's a place I would return to, the attention of our super friendly waitress thank you marissa!!
