Great tasting food... the atmosphere is kind of boring , but can be better. You can hear everything from the kitchen . They have a projector but because of the sunlight you can't really see whats in the screen. Great and fast service.

A big menu with many options. Menu is more Tex/Mex. Serves hígado y cebollas which is interesting. The caldo de res is excellent. Fully loaded, everything fresh and soft. Beef shank is perfect with everything included, nothing trimmed, such as marrow and fat for extra flavor. Great service, serves beer.

Excellent TexMex food! Their house salsa is so good. Tomatillo sauce so tangy. Everything was fresh. My son had Al Pastor tacos and it was incredible. Great, friendly and fast service. Don’t be put off by the casual and plain tables and chairs. This restaurant will be our go to Mexican restaurant every time we are in the area.

Went yesterday and had the ribeye. To my appearance it looked like a pork chop. It was really thin burnt on a flat spot like it sat on the griddle way too long, annnnd super dry. No taste at all. I ask for medium rare. Totally forgot to take a picture of the Dry Meat. I told them wasn't going to eat it. The man there said he was going to give me 25% off? I guess for not eating it? I said ok then he said you want me to delete it. I said it's up to you. So I guess he decided he was going to charge me something anyway and said I'm giving you a 50% discount like if he was doing me a huge favor. Hell I left the piece of meat there what am I to do? I know I won't be returning to that place again just my opinion.

I ordered the mole. The food came out barely warm and lacked flavor; which is weird because I'm pretty sure most mole sauces are made with at least 10 ingredients. After my first visit I don't see how this place can claim that it's the #1 tex-mex restaurant in the RGV. I will give this place another try.

When we came in 4 or 5 tables were seated, as well we were the first ones to get menus and to order, but yet we were the last to get served an hour later while everyone else was eating we were waiting still.

This place had some ups and it had it's downs. The waitress was a tad slow and the place was not busy at all. The menu didn't have much to choose from and the chips were delivered to the table in a zip lock sandwich bag. Now to the good: the food we ordered was amazingly good and it was a nice, clean place. It was reasonably priced and was overall a good experience. I wouldn't avoid the restaurant, especially since the food was so good. It's just not a five-star experience.

The food took more than 45 minutes to come out and the food was a huge disappointment, it was all room temperature. The fajita taco had hardly any meat and was all grilled veggies. The beans were cold and the aguacate we ordered for the tacos was just sliced up and brown. Very sad.

Hosted a birthday for my mother-in-law and was blown away with amazing service and awesome food. We ordered several parrilladas and drinks were so good.
