My husband places an order for soup. When I arrived I asked for my order and we soon found out he had ordered it at the other location. I said well I’m already here so I’ll just place the order from here. The waitress was bothered by what I said, her facial expression said it all. She came back to me i paid but I didn’t tip her, when I saw she had seen I didn’t tip her she made another facial expression and that’s when I confronted her. She replied I didn’t laugh at you I was looking at my phone, I replied you shouldn’t be on your phone as you are working and I don’t appreciate your facial expressions, you are giving me bad customer service and she said again I am in my phone just like you are in your phone, i put my phone down and told her you are working and you shouldn’t be on your phone but giving good customer service and you are not you are making me feel bad for canceling an order and making all these facial expressions. I work in operations and management and my job is to make sure my employees and customers are well treated and taken care as we depend on our customers to make profit. Overall the food was great but the service was awful and I will not return.

It's a hole in the wall but man this place's food is amazing and very affordable too. My favorite dishes are the menudo, caldo, and picadillo plate with made from scratch flour tortillas. Only thing I can say is that it's a big pet peeve of mine is no fountain drinks I dislike can drinks in restaurants.
