First time being to this place and considering the bars located around it, I wasn't aware of the type of craft drinks they served here. I placed my drink order and while I placed it the server scoffed when I asked for a lone star. Ok I shrugged that off. Next after placing the order he brought us our beers and said the drinks would be out shortly. After about ten minutes and watching the bartenders take care of their bar-top I approached the bar to ask what was taking our so long on our drinks. A simple question which if you were unaware of the types of drinks they made here you would ask. A little customer education before placing the drink order from the server would have been appropriate. I'm not sure they have been trained to properly engage with clientele that they don't fight either suited to be there or the don't personally know. After apologizing for just inquiring about our drinks the server proceeded to argue with me because I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION. As in saying "How dare you!" Lol. The audacity smh. I apologized for something that in the service industry is normal and the server is still being a pompous pretentious prick. Some kind of bar. Other than this the drink was good not great but good and the setting was ok. For future reference, again a little customer education can help the entire situation. I don't believe that's much to ask as multimillion dollar chains normally do it as well. Ex. Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden etc.

Fantastic craft cocktails. The intricate work involved to create each beverage shows how dedicated the bar staff is in serving an amazing experience in each drink. Comfortable, cool and intimate atmosphere for meeting with friends or date night. A must stop when visiting Brownsville.

Great atmosphere and the DRANKS, the drinks are top notch.
Luis Zuniga is the best bartender. Drinks are smooth and I haven’t had a Manhattan as well as he makes even when drinking in Austin and San Antonio. Highly recommend date nights here. It’s also a plus they carry buffalo trace

I had high hopes for this place. I read about it in Eater, I believe the mixologist is nominated for an award, and was excited to try it during my visit to the area. I was disappointed on 2 fronts. First, and most annoyingly, the bartender who was working when I visited on 3/15 around 8:00 was so interested in talking with her friends that she seemed disinterested in serving me. She asked me what I wanted to drink and while I responded she literally laughed out loud at her friend's joke and completely missed my order. The same happened when I tried to open a tap, she literally stopped mid-service to talk with her friends. It was VERY rude. Second, I was not thrilled with the drink selection. I was hoping for more variety. I settled on the "tea shop" drink which was pretty delicious but I ended up just getting two of those rather than trying something else because nothing else appealed to me. On the plus side, the place had a good ambiance and the bartender that took my second order was much more pleasant.

Dark and romantic atmosphere. Interesting, curious and delicious selection of “monthly bartender creations”. The bartenders are friendly but focused on their work, and they seem to have pride in creating beautiful and well made drinks. Prices are reasonable. From 10pm, they have a DJ present to play some edm tunes that are high energy, but not too much to keep conversation. Overall, a surprising find with big city vibes.
