Yes there are better places but you're paying almost double for the same thing. Ive never gone there to eat but I hear its a staple in the community. They have days where people spend all day there just playing loteria.Vegetarian options: We get potato egg avocado. And bean potato avocado tacos on every order.. never had issues with a stray piece of bacon or such that happens often at other downtown restaurants that shall not be named.

Honestly I didn’t like the mole. I truly like everything but this dish wasn’t great at all. Beans were bland, rice over cooked and potato was okay. But the best thing that I ordered was the tea and the chips and salsa were awesome. I’ve been here before an lad had pretty much the experience in the food. I figured I would try again and I’m sorry to disappoint but I’m sure there are some menu items that are great. Just todays mole wasn’t.
