My wife asked for an order, she returned to Alton Gloor's LOTUS and the manager told her that she is not responsible, without any education and good service there is a lot to say…. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Although it is not Chinatown good, it is good nonetheless, and the staff is friendly and service is good. Here in southern tip of Texas, as Chinese food go, it ranks up there.Wheelchair accessibility: The door doesn't open by itself, but there's a ramp from handicap parking up to the front door.

Food was good but service needed improvement. Never came back to check if we needed refills or a to-go box.

They have terrible service, and they only have one waitress. For some reason, there are seven tables to serve and only one working waitress. There are two other people to help her, yet they do not. One is in the corner, taking her sweet time eating and talking on her cell phone. It took forever to get any refills or condiments.

Plastic silverware package. Plastic tablecloth cover removed after each customer. "Jumbo" shrimp plate ordered. I feel like that old lady in the commercial saying, "Where's the shrimp?" More than $40 for two adults, without appetizer or alcohol.
