Omg worst experience ever, I just purchased happy meal and left. We were forced to use a portal rather than use the cashier. I was unfamiliar with it so an employee was doing it for me, but kept hurrying me. And there weren't any other customers behind me, go figure. I got fed up with him and decided not to order any other food for me and my daughter.oh and then I had to go to the cashier to pay, I didn't get what was the point of it, if I still had to go pay the cashier. We waited for the happy meal and left to go eat else where. I will NEVER go eat there again. And IF the other McDonald's do this I will stop eating food from Macdonald's all together. I don't recommend this McDonald's on N expressway & boca chica, Brownsville. Unless you enjoy being bouned around.

The drive-thru was a bit of a letdown. They originally gave me the wrong order. I had to educate them that it wasn't the right order. I had to provide my receipt and on top of that they gave me my order and it was missing a hash brown. The service was very poor to the drive-thru.

This McDonald's is an embarrassment to this chain. Drive thru attendants refused to speak to us in English! If a customer speaks to in English it should be expected to have inquiries be addressed and answered in English. The attendants laughed at our request to be serviced in English and were rude. I have been coming to this McDonald's for more than 40 years. And never experienced such behavior ever, until today! All employees were laughing and stated that since they are close to the border they as employees could speak in spanish if they wanted to. I hope the owner reads this! I'm disgusted! So If you want to be spoken in English, do not visit this store! Its an mbarrassment!
