I went at 9:00pm to dine in as I was looking at where to sit I was told that there dine in area was closed. I assume they just didn’t want to clean or serve me so I left. I went to the Boca Chica one and was greeted by Frank one of the BEST servers i’ve ever met. Gave homie a very good tip because he was so friendly and was always checking in on us. I recommend boca chica and if you get served by Frank please tip this nice man he deserves it if you meet him you’ll know. Anyways never going to this pizza hut ever again.

Salads were fresh and the Pizza hot and delicious. I order my pizza. On my app for curbside ...it tells me 15 min will be ready by the time I get there I press I am here..to get my pizza....and guess what no one came out to give me my pizza after a while I go inside to ask what's going on and the lady told me she gave my order to some one else. That got inside to pick up. How can this happen??? If I ask for curb side ...
Just like every Pizza Hut, the food was delicious. I was disappointed in this specific location they apparently do not follow the order instructions. I ordered online and selected contact less delivery. I even input my vehicle information and put instructions to put my order on the passenger side. I had to call when I realized my order was taking forever. If I would have known that they don't bother to check the instructions then I would have not wasted my time and just gotten down.

This is one of the crew members of the restaurant. Her name is Ximena Rodriguez and she has been rude a lot of time and I recently saw this picture of her IN UNIFORM on social media. Her and one of the other workers there Ivan Zamarron always post about their work place and are very rude. Certainly do not recommend going and hoped they would be disciplined . Having people like that manage and make my food is unacceptable

I placed a order and they gave me old doe ..and forgot toppings on it..I worked for this company before I know what quality fresh doe looks like and they refused to remake my order or refund my money ...really bad management... Remember the customer is always right and more when y'all know you did the order wrong.. !
