If you find yourself in Brownsville and want a proper coffee, this is your place. Wonderful service with thoughtful suggestions based on what you're go to drink is. You can tell they are passionate about what they do, I appreciate that! They have a rotating Honey latte and it was divine, had to grab a jar of the honey they used to take home (local!!) I enjoyed it so much that I stopped by to try something else on my way out of town.

I recommend this spot for people that know what single origin should taste like and don't drink "flavored beans"A high quality coffee shop with thoughtful espresso drink options.We got our drinks to stay and sat at a small table in the back. Seating is a little cramped.The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is really nice.We got drinks and hung out for 45mins and paid on our way out.Agave Latte with oat milk was great. It had a good flavor balance but Next time I'll try it half sweet or try the lavender.

First and foremost, the store smelled like raw sewage. Secondly, the coffee tasted too bland and not bold enough to my liking. Thirdly, I asked for Splenda and they stated they didn't carry Splenda. Why would you not carry Splenda or any other artificial sweeteners? If the customer is requesting an artificial sweetener, they should cater to the customer.

I was in Brownsville for work and looked for a local coffee shop to patronize. I am so glad I found this place! The coffee was great! But, what made it better was their service! They have the friendliest staff. if you're in town, don't hesitate to visit this coffee shop. You can tell they care about their craft

Super friendly 2x staff who helped me chose my first hot drink at sovereign which was impeccably presented. Nice chill atmosphere until dude sat at counter grilling staff on how they should be making drinks correctly. I’m all for staff training but do it either more discreetly or out of hours ?.
