First of all I saw there was chaos when I walked into the cafe. I understand they were busy, but that does not justify them giving me a dirty starbucks cup. This happened on 3/10/24 at the Expressway and Morrison location.

No stars.. worst service ever.. they have 3 people working only for online orders, while we waited in line (in person) for 25 minutes, until they finished all the online orders.. and only served us as we complained, ten others customers behind us.. manger was there and didn't care

It’s not the first time I go to ask for any type of frapuccino and it is so liquid or the milk is bitter even it is almond milk . Today I asked for straberry Frap asking to be not to liquid and I finally got my frapuccino with the consisntency of a frapuccino but without any flavor, I stil wonder Why I continue hoing there? But not anymore! Sorry for some people who work there that are nice.

Horrible customer service by the “manager”. A young blonde lady was extremely rude with all customers at closing hours. Several of us were standing right outside the store at 11 right after grabbing our drinks. We asked what we were doing wrong since we had just grabbed our drinks right before closing time (she never mentioned they closed at 11) and she proceeded to say she was going to call the police and so she did ask for a police units because “customers were not leaving”. My family of 8 was forced to leave the parking lot.
