Called in order and female on the phone wanted payment but I told her I will pay when I go pick up my order. When I arrived at restaurant they charged me for my order and then they gave the ticket to the kitchen so they can start making it. I asked why my order wasn’t ready and she stated that it needs to be paid first before they start make it. I asked her, then what’s the point of calling it ahead then and she said that the rule they have. Very inconvenient for mediocre food. Beans were cold and seemed old. Never going back.

I had such a pleasant experience. Ordering was quick and easy. The food is always delicious! The staff are super friendly too! It’s a really clean establishment - not a single crumb on the floor and the tables are all clean. Will be back for me when I’m in town.
