Service was excellent. We had a chance to speak with the owner and we thought it was great that her kids are the ones running the show. Pretty impressed. Food did take a while to come out but the size of those tortas says it all. We got the toxica and to my liking it was good not great. Would I go again, yes. My daughter got another torta, can't remember the name but she loved it. We had a taste of the sandwhichon and that was excellent!

We ordered a Milanesa torta through the phone and the lady said that it’ll be ready in 10 minutes confidently. We waited 20 minutes and we got out of the car to ask for the order. They told us they were working on the torta, we paid, and then told us to wait in the car and that they will take it to us. We waited in the car for another 20 minutes and still no torta. We got off to ask again and they said the same thing again, but instead this time I told them that we will wait here in front of the food truck instead of the car since they were already working on it supposedly. We waited a few more minutes and finally got the torta and noticed that they did it in a hurry since they even forgot to toast the bread which caused it to become soggy quickly. They didn’t even say sorry for the wait or acknowledge us. I understand that there might be some delays but the thing is that they lied to us that they working on it the first time we asked. They should have just warned us since the beginning that it would take 40+ minutes for 1 torta. Overall, our first experience wasn’t so great, please do better on the customer service.

Took my daughter to Fairy Fest in Edinburg and noticed this place and ordered a La Toxica torta. The man working there said they didn't have any meat to make any tortas except for 2 of them (I ordered one they could make). Turns out they couldn't even complete the one I got. My torta had over cooked milanesa that was rubbery and hard to bite through and it also had no flavor, it was also missing the chorizo and egg, cilantro, and it had no chipotle sauce. The only good thing was the torta is more than enough for 2 people. I posted this exact review on their Facebook and they blocked me to remove a negative review. Rather than do better they just get rid of anything not positive to keep their rating up. SMH!
