Ordered drive thru today March 7, 2024 at 1:06pm, I ordered 3 wraps with baked Lays. It has been more than 40 minutes waiting and I have not recieved my order. I was asked to park at pick up area to wait for my order ...I saw the employee hand an order to another customer and I asked status to my order supposedly they messed up my order and they had to re-do.When I had to go down and ask where my order was. They gave me my order all cold and wrong. I asked if its was suppoed to be cold and their answer was yes... they are at this moment re doing its been over 40 minutes. I finally got my order at 1:46pm. While I was waiting a customer requested a refund since she also had been waiting for a long time.

I always ask for extra chicken (extra charge) on chicken bacon ranch and i always get disappointed with tropical on boca chica. Twice I've had to go back because it had too little or none at all when i paid for the extra chicken. In comparison, other locations fare much better

Went there on a Sunday night around 8:30 pm, and I’m never going back there. I always choose the one on Pablo Kissel, but I was near Boca Chica blvd, so we decided to stop at that one. I placed my order at the drive through & headed to the window. We waited at the window for about 15 min. During that time, not a single employee reached out to us. I was even thinking about honking or leaving. Finally someone comes with my order & to charge us. I check my order & I see that I didn’t receive the kale & apple slaw and let the employee know. He goes back to the kitchen, returns, and says that they didn’t have any more slaw. I find that so dissatisfying because I wasn’t even advice about the kale been out of stock or even if I would like to replace my side with something else. They just chose to give me whatever side they wanted to. Never going back there.

They have the worst, disrespectful, rude, cowardly employees at this location. I placed an order online, and it declines the card on the payment section. They did, however, process the payment and took it out of my card. I have the payment deduction showing on my bank. I tried calling the store but like always it just rang and rang and went to the answer machine. This exact situation happened once before and they were very nice and friendly and were very helpful taking care of my order. Today however the crew were acting as if they were taking out their anger on their customers. My husband went in to talk to them about our order and they 1. Ignore him completely. When they finally get to him 2.accuse him of lying .. he showed him the order on line and my proof of payment. I then talked to her, we agree she'll make the order once we show her the prove. My husband walks back in there to wait for the order and she goes to sit in the back and never comes back out. We waited 20 minutes and nothing. While I'm waiting outside in the car a gentleman comes out to I talk to him about, when he talks to my husband he is the same. No help.We just wanted the order we paid for. This could've gone way different if they would've just shown a better customer service. The unwillingness to care about their customers and the audacity to discrimate my husband because he wasn't dressed up is just unacceptable. We came to this location at least 4 times this week. We were excited to have found some good fresh good but I will never step into this location again.Boca chica location

While I was at the Tmobile store . I stopped at Tropical Smoke Cafe and ordered the Paradise Smoothie. I was surprised how great tasting this smoothie tasted. I plan to visit twice a week.

Today I went with a coworker and as I was looking at the receipt to know how much to pay her for my meal, I noticed that the cashier charged us $1 dollar tip without our authorization. We confronted the cashier and she gave an excuse. Please check your receipts when going to this location.
