I made an online order, and when I got to the restaurant, it took 20 minutes to get my food.I ordered a Patty melt with fries.I ordered it with no onions, and it had onions.It seems like they were preparing other burgers before they finished mine - by the time I got my food, it was cold.

Seems like tonight wasn't a very good night at all for this crew. Starting with the order taking at drive through.... person sounded rude .... and then our order was wrong.... had to park, get down and have it fixed ... but turns out there was also several other customers who's order were messed up as well. Felt bad for the employees though bc there was one aggressive customer.

Order 2 honey butter biscuits patty melt with jalapeños and avacado, double meat with double cheese grilled jalapeños 3 bacon slices @ 4:30 am order 597859 didn’t receive my other honey butter biscuit.
Food is 10/10. Sometimes it don't taste that fresh. Whataburger seems to be overtaken by teenagers working. They play around too much around you and you can tell they're slacking later at night but hopefully that changes. Nothing against teenagers but I wish they'd be more professional around customers.
