I really loved the wings from this place, but they definitely need to improved their service. Every time I go they always messed up my order either I’m missing the fries or my fried Oreos. It’s their mistake & then they have me wait for 20 minutes or more and I end up eating cold food.Today, specifically my daughter got off to pick up the order & when she got to the car I checked because Iike I said it always happens that they forget something & sure enough they had forgotten the order of fried Oreos. My daughter goes back with the receipt and one of the employees asked her to bring back the whole order, she comes to the car & takes it back. Then, I got off to check what was going on because my daughter was taking a long time & as I walk in the employees were just standing there talking and joking around while my food is getting cold because I was waiting for my missing items. They had very few customers & the employees were just there talking and I had to wait for about 20 minutes just for my missing order. This definitely needs more organization to avoid situations like this.

Tasteless. Fries-no salt, seasoning. Wings didnt taste like buffalo. Fried pickles- no seasoning. Burger- tasteless even thought i added mushrooms n avocado( they forgot to add it to my burger) i had to drench it in ranch.Its used to be good. The one thing i did like was the grilled corn.

I have been to the wing barn in Olmito and so I thought this location would be good too. First the place was very smoky. When we got there it was like 8:40 pm and shortly after my husband received his food. He wanted to wait for at least my 3 year old to get his food before eating but the food took forever.It was 9:30 and we still had not received our food. I saw another table get their food first even though we had gotten there way before they did. After we finally got our food maybe around 9:45 when I had to speak to the manager. We asked if they could remake my husbands burgers because it got cold. The servers and the manager were nice enough to accommodate. However when we got our burger back it was made wrong. And the buns were burned. They gave us the $4 back for the additional patty that we had originally asked for since my husband just wanted to it. However he did not like the burger so left it.This morning I threw up violently and have been so sick. And I know its from this place because I had not eaten since the morning and I had been perfectly fine all day. Then during the day my husband threw up as well. Needless to say that is a lawsuit waiting to happen for food poisoning. We will definitely never go back to Wing Barn at least the one at this location. Way to expensive to be getting sick like this.
Ordered the fried Oreos. Lady told me would be ready in 15min or less. Took 40min to give me order. Crazy party it's not even busy.

I came in wanting to try something different. I was unsure what to get. Kitchen Manager Abel Torres suggested the Chicken Wheat Wrap. Now that really is Dang Good. Customer Service was amazing and thank you as well Karla for being such a nice person on the register.
