My mom went in for her very first manicure. She just needed them shaped and polished. She called me crying afterwards because the woman destroyed her nails. She was literally cut open twice and the woman just sprayed some polish remover on the cuts and didn't even let her wipe the blood off. The polish looks like trash and my mom insists that she will never go to a salon again, and that she'd rather chew her own nails off than go back here. Messy paint job. During pedicure, she nipped my cuticle about 5 times and never slowed down. lol as if she was trying to set a world record for the fastest pedicure. Not to Mention, they were not busy at all!! Had paint all around on my skin. I got the dip powder for nails, she never filed or shaped my nails at all even after I asked her about it. be friendly....we asked for a drink several times .... there was absolutely no hand massage...no lotion even put on my hands, made my toe bleed, after using the pedicure tools they were not even rinsed, they were placed back in the paper/plastic container ..my daughter spent 250 bux to be treated like crap. very disappointed! bogus! it wasnt relaxing at all !!!
