I was unaware that they have one line just for mobile ordering. I have been to other Chick-fil-A and can order in either line with an employee. This time I got through the line which took 25 min and was told me that I needed to go back and get in the right lane to place an order. The manager came out to see what I was asking the employee and told me to go through the line again. I asked if they could please take my order and he abruptly said " NO" go through the line. To me, customer service is about compassion for the customer and expressing that to them. At least show me some understanding and do what it takes to help me out. I know this has happened to others. Make the signs more clear. SOMETHING!!!!! I will never go back.

Second time ordering on mobile app ten minutes away. Second time had to wait another almost twenty minutes for my food.Last time they forgot our drink as well and still charged us for it.

I stopped for lunch after my jury service. As the drive thru line as long, I parked and went inside to eat. I did not have to wait long for my meal. The atmosphere was pleasant. I appreciated the efforts by the customer service staff to wipe down each table with clean individual wipes as soon as the customers finished and left a table. As a result, I was confident that the table I chose to eat my meal was clean.

We ordered via the app for dine in. Once our food was delivered to our table, we noticed the kid’s meal was missing the French fry. I waiting at the side counter, making eye contact with several employees to attempt to get their attention. After five minutes of waiting and no attempt made by an employee and two managers behind the counter, I got in the order line. The young man working the register was the only helpful person working and I finally got my child’s fries. Before leaving, we wanted a refill of our drink. Again, i waited at the side counter with many passes made by employees and no acknowledgment that I was wanting something. I got back into the order line and was taken care of.I try my best to be a positive reviewer. But knowing Chick-fil-A and what they are, I’m disappointed in this visit.

Love coming here for lunch except when it’s rainy or cold.
Everything was great like all Chik-fil-As, but there was something wrong with the polynesian sauce. I tried 2 and they both smelled and tasted like rubbing alchohol. Otherwise, it was great!

great and fast service, but the past 3 times ive been my large drink cup has had tiny holes in the bottom and on the sides of the cup. if I leave it sitting my entire drink seeps through the holes and makes a mess.

I don’t like the new drive through. They give preferential treatment to mobile orders. If you don’t use your phone you have to sit in a massively backed up queue. All of the customers should be treated equally.
