Other people who said food was too expensive were right. Look at my receipt, for a 7 tender combo. ? I picked up at the drive thru so I can’t say anything about the interior of the restaurant, but ordering was difficult because location is near train tracks. But the staff was very friendly.

Every time I visit this location (Bryan,Tx) they always have the best customer service! The food is always fresh and they repeat the orders 3 times which is very good! I went tonight 1/15 around 8pm and the young man that took my ordered helped me out by making my order cheaper telling me he was going to ring in my order a certain way so that way it could save me a $1 or 2. I appreciated that! I never leave reviews but felt like it was needed! This locations customer service is always on point!

Went in around noon today. Two customers ahead of me had food missing. Took my order. Multiple customers came in after me. They all got their food. Drive thru got their food. I asked where my order was and was told they just put the chicken on to cook. I asked for a gallon of tea and they gave me a cup. They said they would have to refund the entire ticket and recharge me. Or I could just pay for the cup and the gallon. I took both because they made it difficult to correct. The food was really good. I will go back but hope the service is a bit more organized.

I used to come here whenever I'm in town. In the past, the fried chicken was amazing. My last visit, however, was a disappointment. The food was cold and the chicken lacked the usual crispness. I'm gonna have to look for somewhere else to go for fried chicken.

As always CE was good.BUT , I was surprised that they would NOT start an order of gizzards 10 minutes before my arrival. Every other CE I've been to recommends it. ???
I ordered a 3 piece with mashed potatoes, okra, rolls and 2 jalapeños they short the pieces of meat but charged me for them. This is the 3rd time I have received a wrong order. I have called and they won’t even answer the phone. I am done with them, give me what I pay for. It’s either you can come right back or there is no one on duty authorized to reimburse me. I will make a formal complaint with the head office.
