Walked in & Greeted like I been coming for years.! And the food was phenomenal I mean 10 out of 10 no questions or doubt whatsoever!!! Highly recommend trying this spot out. I had smothered pork chop with mash potatoes & cabbage with corn bread & peach cobbler for dessert.!???

I’m at work and working a 12 hour shift I came to work this morning only thinking I was gonna be here a few hours but some people called in so I wanted to pick up some extra time I asked my pops if he can bring me some food because I didn’t bring a lunch . I will say when he first brought me the food I looked at it and I was just like where did he get this and what is it because he wouldn’t tell me he just said he brought me some good food now never in my life have I had sweet potatoes that I liked so I would never eat them When I tell you, oh my God, this is hands-down, the best food in the town of Bryan College Station I will definitely be coming here very frequently as much as possible cause I want to try everything. It was delicious. I was so full, but I couldn’t even stop eating because it was that good if you haven’t tried this place and you were looking to try something new do not think twice just do it.

I looked them up on googlemaps and it says they are open (it’s 12:30 pm), so I drove there. They are closed. The cleaning guy said they went to cater somewhere. I went to their website. It says they are open. Do not go there withoutcalling first. I’m really ticked.

I LOVE small family owned businesses! The food here is made with love and the folks cooking and serving were so sweet. Several of us had brisket plates, some had sausage plates and the rest had ribs. Homemade sides feom macaroni and cheese to black-eyed peas that make you want seconds. If you are anywhere close to the Bryan area, make this a stop on your food adventures.

The best restaurant in Bryan. I love the food and I love the staff. It's a perfect spot for good home feel soul food. The food is so well seasoned and always fresh. The pricing is phenomenal for the portions that you are getting.
