Just recently tried a carrot cake latte, which sounded kind of crazy, but was so so good!

Barista was very helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is very cozy but spacious! Great place to meet and catch up with friends. The carrot cake latte off the spring menu was unique, and the cherry filled Polite Tart was beautiful and delicious.

very cute place, love it, HOWEVER. parking is an absolute nightmare. on a busy day you may was well not try to come as it will take upwards of 20 minutes to find any spot. the lot is so small and tight.

Polite Coffee is my favorite coffee shop in the BCS area- everything I’ve tried here is good, and the historic home is a beautiful place to study or catch up with friends. My favorites are their homemade pop tarts and the iced breakfast in bed latte, but I frequently branch out and try new things. Their flavored coffees are creative (often cocktail-inspired which I think is fun) and not overly sweet. Highly recommend!

If you love good coffee, then you have to make a stop here when you are in BCS. Generally bought bags of whole beans from them--which are always fantastic--but they also make great lattes and other drinks at their cafe. They are good enough that I still order online from them once in awhile.

I tried their affogato with butter pecan ice cream. I liked that the sweetness of ice cream didn't overwhelm the espresso shots. Will get them again next time I visit!

One thing about my family, is we love to come back and visit Aggieland, but especially, visit family owned businesses. Polite coffee is located in the historic Kyle house which is absolutely stunning. The pastries are all homemade. The kolache had a full Slovacek’s sausage and was delicious. My husband downed the Polite tart in a matter of minutes and it was stuffed full of filling. I was so pleased to find out they had decaf espresso as I can’t have caffeine, so I snagged a bag of beans! The carrot cake latte actually tasted like carrot cake, and and I thoroughly enjoyed. No doubt we will be back on our next visit!

Polite coffee is located in the historic Kyle house which is absolutely stunning. The pastries are all homemade. The kolache had a full Slovacek's sausage and was delicious. My husband downed the Polite tart in a matter of minutes and it was stuffed full of filling. I was so pleased to find out they had decaf espresso as I can't have caffeine, so I snagged a bag of beans! The carrot cake latte actually tasted like carrot cake, and and I thoroughly enjoyed. No doubt we will be back on our next visit!

Friendly staff, and good atmosphere all around. Parking beware, the parking situation is not great at all…. It’s best to get here early to get the best parking spot. Fills up quick especially with many people coming here to study. They have a great menu as well with food and drinks. I recommend the London fog!Parking: Parked across the street
The highest quality coffee in the area in my opinion! Coffee is ready quickly and is always very good. The shop is also really lovely & unique with lots of seating. My favorite place in College Station/Bryan!

Polite is very close to great, with its spacious house, interesting specials and spot-on descriptions of high end coffee/foam. Unfortunately, my latte was extremely weak, to the point that I wish I'd asked for an extra shot in it. Also, while the foam was pretty good, it wasn't microfoam velvety. At this point, i would slightly rather get coffee from Tavo or maybe Harvest.

Absolutely incredible spot!! Such a fun and cozy atmosphere! The coffee is phenomenal and the employees are better. I wanted to try some of the espresso before purchasing beans in bulk and the barista Abby went above and beyond by letting me try both of the flavors they were serving. She gave excellent recommendations and ended up making me a latte that was the best I've had to date. Can't hype this place up enough!!
