Excellent service, warm welcome beginning to end. They were packed and we showed up 15 minutes before closing and they were happy to serve us. We shared 15 pounds and 3 fixins, potatoes/corn/sausage, spicy chicken sandwiches & Jambalaya. The crawfish were classic LA style, all the spice in the meat, juicy heads just like you'd find in a family style backyard crawfish boil. None of the sprinkle or sauces like all the other places are doing. Genuinely a diamond in the rough. We didn't know they didn't serve beer so it must be byob, so we will be prepared for next time! Only thing missing was some good ole Zydeco playing to set the mood. 5 lbs for $28. Definitely recommend %!

JUST like N'Awlins, and I know because I lived there for many years. This is the best Louisiana food I've ever had outside Louisiana. Plus it looks like one of the tried and true NOLA dives. Just like in NOLA, you don't have to be fancy if your amazing. Enough said!

I decided to try this place after the great reviews I've heard. This is a gem in Bryan for authentic Louisiana cuisine. I decided to get the Fish Dinner it came with: Fried catfish and 2 sides (Cajun Fries & Green Beans). This is some of the best Fried Catfish i've had in a while and was very impressed. The green beans were well seasoned, and only thing I that wasn't for me was the fries. I felt that they were too much potato and not enough crunch. Overall, I recommend giving this place try if in the mood for some yummy Cajun!

A MUST TRY!!! Homey restaurant with AMAZING food! My boyfriend and I brought our daughter here, just honestly wanting to try something new and we were so happy we did. From the second we got out of our car it already smelt so good outside. We were immediately taken care of and you can tell they really care about each of their customers. Now food wise I was VERY impressed let me tell ya. The boudin balls were to die for (seriously you have to try them) and the crab and shrimp were the best we've ever had (and we love seafood). This place completely exceeded our expectations and we will most definitely be coming back.

First of all, being from Houston and being able to experience different cultures (I.e. Vietnamese, Phillipino, Thai) YES! Other cultures other than Cajun/creole whip up amazing batches of crawfish/seafood boils This place is a gem! Crawfish was spicy enough, great flavor, and most of all JUICY! we also had blackened catfish, so good! Green beans seasoned as they should be, red beans and rice, and a tender basket which was crispy and tasty as well Service was excellent! Exactly what you would expect from the south. I felt like a guest in their own home . The structure seems to be an older home, turned restaurant. A few paintings on the wall, and most would say nothing really special. what's really special about this place, is, it DOES feel like home. It is not a foo fooed up tourist place in the French quarters. This feels like the 100+ year old home 3 blocks off the quarter, surviving many hurricanes, raids, and flooding disasters, still standing, still serving. I would actually consider The Remnant of Nawlins a destination spot in Bryan AND college station. ...BET

You can smell the seasonings before you enter the establishment!! I loved the fried pork chop and will definitely be back to try the grilled. Friendly service, great people.

It is currently 11pm and I am no longer in the Bryan/College Station area but boy am I craving The Remnant Of Nawlins. Their catfish/wings combo with mac and cheese and dirty rice with who dat sauce would be my death row meal. Hoping to make it back to B/CS soon just for their food!

The Remnant of Nawlins has to be one of the best restaurants in Bryan-College Station. I heard about the $20 Nawlins Boil on Thursdays and had to try it for myself. Our waitress (I wish I got her name) and the owner Korey were super friendly and welcoming. It was apparent that the staff cares for each and every customer, which explains this restaurant being a local favorite. Overall, the food and service did not disappoint at all. I highly recommend trying all three flavors for their boil. I definitely got my money's worth. I'll be returning and hope to try all of their other dishes!

Fabulous Flavor! We ordered the Boudain Balls, Shrimp Dinner, and Fish Dinner. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious! The spice was just right! For the sides, we had dirty rice, jambalaya, mac&cheese, and green beans. Delicious- each and every side. We all were trying notes off of each other's plates! This is a must stop if you find yourself in Bryan, TX!

Cute little establishment. We got there a bit late in the day and it was disappointing that they were out of some of the things we wanted to try. But what we got was decent. The atmosphere is great! It's a small place and the service feels like being served at your own home table.

I have never been so impressed with the taste of food before. The Nawlins Boil is by far my favorite meal ever. And tge boudain balls are fantastic. Amazing food, prices, and people! You feel like welcome as soon as you walk in and it's really nice to see the owner going around making connections with people. When I go this restaurant I don't just feel like a source of income, I feel like a part of a community. I'm excited to see this business continue to grow and succeed. My husband and I can never agree on where to eat, but we can always agree on Remnants :) we even spent Valentine's day there. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this place. To the extent that I've really been wanting to try crawfish for the first time but I'm waiting specifically for them to get their next shipment because I am 100% sure that it will be the BEST experience.Pro tip: follow their Facebook page! They post their deals and new limited supply items (e.g., crawfish, banana pudding, pound cake).
