Service is slow through the drive thru. And the outside lighting has a lot of lights that need replaced. The girl at the window was very nice and didn't just give me my food, she actually spoke to me and told me to enjoy the rest of my day! That was a plus+

I ordered a basic witch shake and the monster tacos my shake wasn't even mixed there was pumpkin and Oreo all on the bottom of the cup and there was so much of the pumpkin flavoring at the bottom it was inedible and the tacos they gave me weren't even the monster ones they gave me two half empty shells like seriously disappointed
Close at 12, got there at 11:35. All the lights off but cars in parking lot so people were there. Waited several minutes and asked hello, no one answered. Guess they felt like closing up early

The lady at the window in the mornings has a poor attitude and her finger nails had dirt caked underneath. My order gets messed up half the time as well. Today I got the wrong items in my bag I told her that I specifically ordered the #26 and her response was “you said #23!” I order the same meal every weekend. I think I’ll start driving out to Kyle for a better atmosphere and better customer service.

drive thru, there were NO other cars in line, Soon as I pulled up, she said to give her a moment, I waited 10 MINUTES!! then a line was forming behind me so I just said "hello"and she snapped. "I said give me a minute" I waited another 5 minutes and then I left. Terrible
